Vinegar Based Sauces

By the reviews, i thought it would be a little thicker but it's as thin as many of the lower priced vinegars that i have purchased. The taste is fine but would not rate it superior....Very good balsamic vinegar....I love the depth of flavor this balsamic...

Ever since my first purchase, I have been using only this balsamic vinegar and no other! I have given it as a gift and the recipients have liked it also....This is the best balsamic vinegar I have ever had.
It has a very nice sweetness to it.
