Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. Olive Brine

Olive brine is best for making Dirty Martinis that taste savory and balanced, not just salty. It’s a simple upgrade when you want a classic cocktail with more depth.

Add a small splash, taste, then adjust until you hit your preferred level of briny flavor. It plays well with both gin and vodka, so you can dial it in to match your go-to spirit.

This olive brine is crafted in small batches and naturally aged for 10 months with olives. That aging process helps build a richer flavor that adds depth and balance to cocktails.

Olive brine is designed to complement both. Gin brings botanical notes while vodka keeps the focus on clean, savory brine, so the best choice comes down to your taste.

For best results, follow the storage directions on the bottle label. Keep the cap tightly closed between uses to maintain flavor.
