Sur La Table Paris Spatula

This silicone spatula is best for scraping bowls, folding batters and mixing ingredients where you want good contact along the sides. The squared corner helps you reach into tight edges to gather batter, frosting or dough more completely.

The squared corner is meant to reach into corners and along straight edges that rounded spatulas can miss. It is especially handy for scraping mixing bowls clean and working along the sides of pans while you combine ingredients.

Yes, the silicone spatula head removes from the handle for easier cleaning. Taking it apart also helps you clean more thoroughly around the connection point before putting it back together.

The spatula has a heat-resistant silicone head, so it can be used with warm mixtures during cooking and baking tasks. If you are working over direct heat, keep a safe distance from the flame and use your best judgment for the job at hand.

The Paris artwork adds personality, but the tool is designed for everyday kitchen tasks like mixing and scraping. It is a nice pick if you want a practical spatula that also looks great in a utensil crock or gift basket.
