Kuhn Rikon Silicone Rainbow Whisk, 8"

A silicone balloon whisk is a great everyday tool for whisking eggs, smoothing sauces and gravies and blending small batches of batter. The silicone loops make it especially handy when you want to mix directly in nonstick cookware.

The silicone balloon whisk is made to be used with nonstick cookware, so it is a gentler option than a metal whisk for coated surfaces. As with any utensil, use normal pressure and avoid forcing it against sharp edges.

Yes, the silicone balloon whisk is dishwasher safe. If you have thick batter or sticky sauce on the wires, a quick rinse before loading can help everything wash away cleanly.

A silicone balloon whisk is a smart pick for cooks who use nonstick pans and want a whisk that is less likely to mark the coating. It also adds color to your tool drawer and goes right into the dishwasher when you are finished.

Reach for the silicone balloon whisk to beat eggs, bring together pancake or waffle batter and quickly emulsify vinaigrettes. It is also a helpful tool for whisking pan sauces and gravies right in nonstick cookware.
