Great Stockpot...Perfect replacement for a worn out stockpot. I've been looking to replace it for a while and finally found the perfect one to go with my other Staub cocottes and pots....Better constructed than Le Creuset and the black interior is awesome...

I have always loved Staub enameled cast iron. Used it tonight to roast a chicken....This cocotte is beautiful, looks like old style cast iron but with the enameled inside it's so much easier to use and clean.
