Would this work for a 12-14 lb. turkey?

I'm trying to envision the dimensions of a 12-14 pound turkey. While it might be a bit tight, especially if you want to baste your bird as it roasts, I'd recommend getting it anyway - it's simply too great and versatile a pan for a broad range of uses. I honestly think it will work. (If this year's turkey doesn't quite fit, it will still come in as the perfect way to bake or roast some other dish destined for your Thanksgiving table. Or you could use it to back a spectacular oval pumpkin pie!)
