I've used the HA 8" frying pan for years. Cooking in it is a breeze. And, no, I have not scratched the surface.

Pan is good for frying egg and 1-2 slices of bacon....The pan works well as a lid and for sautéing. Scrambled eggs in butter are easy but I have to remember to stop cooking them as the pan retains more heat than what I have used in the past.
