What is the range of thickness settings that this set came make. I want to use it for making chinese dumpling wrappers so will it go to 0.25mm thick?

I have only used the settings of 1 thru 4. There are 8 settings. The instruction book does not give dimensions. I took 3 sheets of 20LB printer paper and slid them in at the 8 setting. Then I tried 4 pieces of paper and they would not slid thru. Book says - " for setting 7or 8... Very thin "angel-hair"-type pasta/capellini or very fine linguine" 3 pieces of 20lb at setting 8 8 pieces of 20lb at setting 4 I hope this helps
