What kind of stainless steel is used?

I would have to look up the item online to answer that. But I will tell you that I have two or three of them because I have an in-home bakery. I do like the way it feels in my hand when I'm using it compared to ones with plastic candles, it cleans up real nice. I would highly recommend it.
