Wusthof or Zwilling! Other than the bolster that I know how it is, because I do own Zwilling Pro knives, I wanted to ask the KitchenFox who owns Wusthof knives, which one do you think is better?I was thinking about getting some Wusthof

Best Answer:I own a Zwilling Pro knife, as well as a Wusthof Classic and a Gourmet. If you're wanting to compare Zwilling Pro to a Wusthof knife, definitely go with the Classic line. I personally prefer the Zwilling Pro because I think it's heavier and the slanted bolster really does make a difference in the comfort of the grip
