What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Move the party to the patio and get set for summer entertaining with outdoor recipes that translate well to any occasion. We’ll show you how to grill salmon to the ideal tenderness without losing its delicate flavor. Stir a white wine risotto to a creamy consistency. Then create a refreshing vegetarian carpaccio salad that combines the best of the season’s flavors. Finally, we’ll roll out pie dough and bake personal-size galettes bursting with juicy blackberries—no need to share.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- You will work with other students in groups of 4
- Hands-on class sizes vary up to 16 enrolled.
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

Everything was amazing about it his class was amazing! The instructor was kind and extremely helpful to all members of the class. The food was delicious and everyone in our group made the experience fun. I will definitely be taking another class in the near future ??

Like the menu.......any plans for offering a Beef Wellington class?
