Great instructor that made the class fun, and interesting. Delicious recipes and we had a great time.

This was a great class! I learned so much about techniques as well as learning how to prepare the recipes. The chef obviously taught many very well during his career. He moved the class along with a good sense of humor. I made the quiche for Easter brunch and it was attractive and delicious. I'll definitely use the other recipes too. This was the best class of several I have taken.

Good class and great instructor
The class itself was great, the instructor did a good job of walking the class through the recipe using skill and technique. She was knowledgeable and instructions were clear. I really enjoyed the class.
I gave 4 stars because I am a note taker and the last several classes I have participated in, no recipe card is given until the end of the class. Many times the instructors give tidbits of info about technique or variations of a recipe, that is part of an in-class experience in my opinion. I have taken close to 40 classes in the last 10-12 years and do not really like the new style of not being able to follow along with the recipe in class.
