Cooking Class Description: Welcome to restaurant week! Future restaurateurs will enjoy five days of hands-on cooking experience—from kneading pizza dough and rolling sushi to churning homemade ice cream. Each session explores the fundamentals behind their favorite foods. They’ll learn basic food prep skills and cooking essentials as well as the culinary arts of creating a menu and plating dishes. Plus, every student will go home with a printed menu and graduation certificate. Designed for ages 12 and older, our all-new summer series will help your teen become a more creative and confident cook.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

What time do the classes start? I see it says 4 pm next to location, but wanted to be sure.
Start time 4 PM.
Nene D.Do the kids eat the food there after they make it or bring it home?
MeganMy daughter did a camp last year and one of the chef’s did allow the food to be brought home and the other didn’t. What she did bring home was quite good and she learned a lot. She also got to bring home the recipes so she’s made some of the foods at home.
Jessica BWhat if my child is gluten free?
Lissett M.You would need to contact the culinary staff at the location you would take the class and discuss food exceptions with them.
