We didn't prepare anything in my class (August 2022 Bethesda MD), but I think they usually do. There was a reason we didn't, but I don't remember what it was. That didn't matter to me. I am a 66 year old woman with NO cooking skills and couldn't slice an onion or a tomator to save my soul. Now I can. Our chef knew her stuff; she seemed to be an expert on knives, and she was a great teacher. They provide everything you need, including aprons and drinking water! The class was small enough that we got personal attention. It was extremely informative and fun. I may take it again just for more practice.
Patricia SKnives are provided for use in class, but you can bring your own and have it sharpened while you are in class.
Alason PUnfortunately, we do not have gluten free classes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
